  • Orders placed in May are being held for pickup in WILL CALL at the onsite Box Office. NOTE: CAMPERS (ONLY!) picking up orders in Will Call must enter temporary parking via GATE 3 to avoid paying the $9 fairground parking fee before proceeding to campground. Download information brochures above.

AIR 1 GRANDSTAND STAGE - RESERVED SEAT TICKETS
  • A limited number of Grandstand Reserved seats will be available for purchase online or by phone ONLY.
  • Tickets valid from 2-10pm on Friday; 4-10pm on Saturday and Sunday (Saturday tickets no longer available).
  • Ticket price: $8 per seat, per day.
  • Purchase limit: 6 tickets per person, per festival day (Fri/Sat/Sun). EXCEPTION: No limit on reserved Grandstand seat ticket purchase IF equal number of event tickets are purchased at the same time.
  • This is an "upgrade" ticket, sold separately from regular wristband tickets (see price grid above). Reserved seat tickets valid only when used with a wristband ticket. NOTE: Children (age 5 and under) will not be required to have a reserved seat ticket if they will be sitting on a lap. ALL ages require a reserved seat ticket if they occupy a seat.
  • There are approximately 1,700 reserved seats available (approx 14% of total grandstand seating).
  • Reserved seats will be assigned in priority order by reservation date/time.
  • Any remaining Grandstand reserved seat tickets will be available for purchase at the gate/onsite Box Office on Friday, May 23, beginning at 1pm. Onsite purchases will be cash only.


WRISTBAND TICKET PRICING INFO:
  • General Admission = ages 13 & over (age on May 23, 2008)
  • Junior = ages 6 - 12 (age on May 23, 2008)
  • Ages 1 - 5 = order FREE WRISTBAND
  • Infant - no wristband required


  • GROUP DISCOUNT - groups of 15 or more who pre-register together at general admission price. Junior tickets do not count as part of the 15.
  • MILITARY DISCOUNT - NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE! For active duty military personnel and their dependents. Discount is subtracted from price in effect at time of purchase.
    Full-event military discount: General admission - subtract $25, Juniors - subtract $10
    One-day military discount: General Admission - subtract $10, Juniors - subtract $5
    Military discounted tickets WILL BE HELD FOR PICK UP ONSITE IN WILL CALL (show Active Duty CAC to claim). No military discount for camping fees.
PRE-EVENT PURCHASE INFO:
  • Tickets/camping sold through The Box Office by phone/fax/internet/mail.


  • The Box Office charges handling fee as an independent ticket agency providing festival attendees the convenience of purchasing tickets or making camping reservations by phone, fax, mail or online. Handling fee applies to all orders.


  • Standard handling fee is 5% (minimum $5). Handling fee discounted to flat fee of $5 per check or money order, for cash orders, mailed January 7 - April 30. Money orders, church checks and personal checks accepted through March 31. Money orders and church checks only accepted April 1 - 30. Orders received April 1-30 with payment by personal check WILL BE HELD FOR PICK UP ONSITE IN WILL CALL.


  • Unless Will Call is requested, default delivery method is US Mail until April 30. Do not mail order form after April 30. Phone/internet/fax (no mail) orders continue May 1-16. Orders placed May 1-16 will be held at onsite Box Office/Will Call for pick-up at festival entrance.


  • The Box Office mails tickets/camp passes 2-4 weeks before the festival. General information packet, detailed camping info, driving directions and festival updates will be included. If you have not received your ticket(s)/camp pass(es) by May 15, please call The Box Office.


  • DO NOT MISPLACE TICKET(S) or CAMP PASS(ES)! You must wear wristband ticket to enter event and campground areas. If you lose or misplace wristband(s), you will be required to purchase replacement(s).


  • ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
